Three ponds contain bog plants and water lilies. The vegetable and perennial gardens are complemented by a collection of regional rocks, crystal-lined geodes and fossils.

  4. The DeGoosh Garden
This is a site planned for color, growth and health, incorporating annuals, perennials, shrubs, fruit trees, vegetables and herbs.

  5. The Hill Garden
Encircled by woods, this inspiring beginner’s garden offers a park-like setting of raised flowerbeds and winding, gravel paths.

  6. The Greenwood Garden
Located at the Blueberry Ridge Bed & Breakfast just south of Marquette, this garden of fruit trees, vegetables and geometric flowerbeds is a feast for the eyes.

The First Presbyterian Church, on Front Street in Marquette, served as a hostess station for tickets, refreshments and restrooms on tour day.
